### React hooks

The new OED pages all use React hooks instead of the older component & container. We would like to convert all the pages to React hooks. During that conversion, some changes are desired to some pages. A team could do more that one page depending on time available.

#### Users

This currently sits under the preferences pages. It will be moved to its own separate modal page that looks like the conversions or units page. Each user will be a card that can then be clicked to edit and have a create button. A new page choice will be added in the top, right of OED.

Difficulty: High medium

#### Other pages

Each one of these needs to be worked out but they include: preferences page, CSV upload, admin maps, graphics pages (line, bar, compare, map), tooltips and a few others that are included onto other pages.

Difficulty: Modest for each page and more than one can be done if a group makes good progress.
