An application that enables a user to add record of patient including their name , city of residence, phone number, last visit and next visit date. The user should be able to make changes to already existing data and also delete. The user should be able to see a list of all recorded data. Only authenticated members can have access to the application interface.

We are junior level developers.
The project actually made use of technologies we did not create but they facilitated the development process of the web app. We made use of Django and PostgreSQL for the back-end development.
