We have created an SOS android application that helps people manage emergencies during distress. The user can send a distress call by pressing simple shortcut buttons on their phone. The application can be activated when the phone is off.
How much experience does your group have? Does the project use anything (art, music, starter kits) you didn't create?
The general experience in the group is beginner level. We used MIT app inventor to create the app.
What challenges did you encounter?
We were not able to implement some dynamic features but the basic prototype is working.
