An epic song search of top from 2010-2020; Wordle style song guessing game utilizing the spotify api!
What tools did you use to create your project?
How much experience does your group have? Does the project use anything (art, music, starter kits) you didn't create?
Theo has made quite a few projects before (discord bots, websites, etc) but I have never used the spotify api. Will came to code day with almost zero coding experience and he learned a ton about how to design websites and other practices like "whats a favicon".
What challenges did you encounter?
Theo had a really hard time authenticating with the Spotify api, it took way to long to discover the proper way to deal with refresh tokens. Will worked hard to imploment display: flex; css code for the first time as well as overcomeing challenges with node.js hosting and favicons.
