A game with a "drawn" art style where you must rotate the earth to help your plant survive and grow.

You use the arrow keys to control the earth's rotation, and you must stay on the side of the earth with the sun, but not under the clouds, so you can collect sunlight. If your plant gets enough sunlight within a time limit, you complete the level. On harder levels, there will be hazards which you must avoid by rotating the earth correctly, and there are also earthquakes where they player will have to jump with the space bar at the right time to avoid losing.
The hardest part for me was coding the rotating earth. I spent over 6 hours just getting the earth to rotate with the arrow keys, which led to me not having enough time to add any more levels or polish the existing level. However, I learned a lot more about how Gamesalad(the program I used to help make the game) works and this will help me when creating future games.

How much experience does your group have? Does the project use anything (art, music, starter kits) you didn't create?

Xian M: Some experience with Java and Javascript, decent experience with Gamesalad(the program I used to make this game, it is similar to Construct)
