The group’s aim was to create a data science project where the model can predict the residential house price. When I started, I attempted to use unfiltered Washington DC house sales data. I found that the data was too big to handle, so I changed course and used house sales data in Washington State.

I did my code on google collab. I also used python Libraries like Pandas, Numpy, MatplotLib, and Sckitlearn.
